Another modern designed Real Estate website running on WP. Again, another US Real Estate website that is running a MLS separate to their own domain, but at least this one has the same style and template for their search results. Some really lovely graphic design has gone into this property website, but on the SEO side there is so much more that could be done to get the most out of the website. Lots of good informative content has been put into this website – definitely a very different styled Estate Agency design and feel to it.

I stumbled across this Real Estate WordPress website whilst looking for examples to post upon this gallery. Lovely fresh colour scheme, very web 2.0 look about the website, easy to navigate and overall – the site has some very good and informative information which this company will easily be able to update and add to as and when they need.

However, on the downside, something I have noticed with most of the large sized Estate Agencies in the States – they are on a MLS which they have an iframe embedded for their search facility and search results which would be much better hosted or implemented on their very own website.

But very nice design.

Sapphire Properties is one that we have worked with, unfortunately they purchased a website that they didn’t actually own through a Estate Agent software provider in Spain. So when they decided to leave, they found out that they didn’t have a website to move as the CMS was owned by the software company! Sapphire liked their original design so all we did was convert the template to work with WordPress instead.
